Why isn’t my HDMI port working?

The Hub need a Thunderbolt or a fully featured USB-C port. If the USB-C port you are using only supports data or charging, the video function will not work.

How can I get dual 8K@30Hz output from this hub?

· Make sure your Windows PC supports HDMI 2.1 protocols;

· Use HDMI 2.1 certified cables;

· Check the display settings to ensure refresh rate is set to 30Hz.

Why is charging so slow through my PD port?

· The PD port outputs up to 85W. To get the full 85W, use a power adapter and charging cable rated at 100W or higher.

· If your adapter or cable is rated lower, the output will automatically decrease, resulting in slower charging.
