Why won’t my OEM battery charge when placed in the charging case?

In rare cases, an OEM camera battery may enter protection mode. If that happens, first put the battery back into your camera and charge it for at least 1 minute, then place it into the charging case – it will charge normally

How to get 3‑channel simultaneous charging?

To enable 3‑channel fast charging, we recommend using a PD 30W or higher power adapter and a USB‑C to C cable. Otherwise, the charging case may not receive enough power to activate 3-channel simultaneous fast charging.

How is power shared among the three channels? Can I adjust it?

Total 24W shared (default 8W each). Set one channel to 14W, others share 10W – for quick single battery charge. You can set the charging power and charging stop SOC in the menu. Refer to the manual included in the package.

Is a USB‑C to C cable included? I can’t find it.

Yes, a USB‑C to C cable is included. Please check the inner lining of the package where it says “Lanyard Inside”.
